Telemetry Nurse

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: All Cardiac & neuro diagnoses that don't involve trauma. Each unit has it's own specialty # of Beds: N/A Nurse Patient Ratio: Depends on the unit Charting: Epic Scrub Color: Areas of Float Support: All units of Cherry Hill Hospital & required to float to all campuses as well Special Procedures: N/A

Required Qualifications

WA License BLS, ACLS

Preferred Qualifications

Previous Travel Charting: Epic
