Good Samaritan -
3200 (Telemetry) is a 32 bed unit with patient to nurse ratios generally 1:4 dependent upon acuity. Their patient population consists of s/p cardiac caths, patients with non-titrating cardiac gtts, higher acuity medical patients, s/p vascular procedures
4200 (Med/Surg/Peds) is a 32 bed unit with patient to nurse ratios generally 1:5 dependent upon acuity. Their patient population consists of medical patients, general surgical overflow, pediatrics
CDU is our clinical decision unit for observation patients. It is an 8 bed unit and the nurse to patient ratio is generally 1:4 dependent upon acuity.
St. Mary's -
Telemetry is a 22 bed unit that consists of 2 sides. Tele 1 and Tele 2. Their patient population consist of patient with accommodation codes of tele/cardiac and tele/medical and patients with chronic home ventilators. Their nurse to patient ratios are generally 1:4 dependent upon acuity.
3E and 4E are medical/surgical units. 3E is an 18 bed unit and 4E is a 12 bed unit. Both take medical and surgical patients and sometimes pediatric patients when the pediatric unit is closed.
