Job Description & Requirements

Telemetry Nurse

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Stemi, CHF, and medical cardiac, pneumonia, CVA # of Beds: Most units are 18 beds Nurse Patient Ratio: ICU 2:1 and Tele 4:1 Charting: Epic Scrub Color: Areas of Float Support: ICU- can float to all inpatient units at Issaquah and all ICU multicampus or IMCU at First Hill, Telemetry can float to all med surg units and ICU/Tele Unit Special Procedures: If ICU, CRRT, Baloon Pump and assist in ED at Iss only.

Required Qualifications

Years of Experience: 1. WA License BLS, ACLS

Preferred Qualifications

Previous Travel Charting: Epic
