Get rewarded for spreading the word about NurseChoice's great service and excellent assignments. Tell your friends and coworkers about us and earn a referral bonus for your efforts.

Does the idea of making an extra $500 sound appealing? If so, simply tell your friends and colleagues about NurseChoice and we'll give you $500 for each friend or colleague who completes one 8-week assignment with us.*

If you would like personalized referral cards to hand out to friends or colleagues, contact your recruiter or call NurseChoice at (866) 557-6050.

How’s how our Refer-a-Friend program works:
  • Any traveler or other healthcare professional may refer a new traveler to NurseChoice.
  • Refer a traveler using this online form or by having your referral contact us directly and give us your name.
  • If we receive your referral information from our online form, we will contact your friend or colleague and introduce him or her to NurseChoice. Your referral can also contact us directly, and give your name and information as the referrer either on their application or over the phone.
  • We will then send out an information package to your referral, complete with application materials and details about the benefits of a travel healthcare career.
  • You will receive a letter confirming the eligibility status of your referral (see Program Rules below).
  • Once the colleague you referred completes a full 8-week (or longer) assignment with us, you will be eligible for $500.
  • A $500 bonus will be paid to any traveler or other healthcare professional who refers a qualified referral, meeting all of the eligibility requirements according to the rules below.
  • If you qualify to receive a referral bonus while you are working on assignment with NurseChoice, you will receive your bonus automatically through your current payroll.
  • If you qualify for the bonus but are not working on an assignment with NurseChoice at that time, you will be contacted by your recruiter to confirm your address before your referral bonus payment is mailed.

Program Rules and Eligibility Requirements (effective April 1, 2006)
  • Referrals can be submitted by you online using our online form, or by a new traveler who identifies you as their referrer when applying.
  • To be eligible for the referral bonus, the referred candidate must be a new contact for NurseChoice (i.e. not already in the NurseChoice traveler database).
  • To qualify for the referral bonus, the name and contact information for both you and your referral needs to be included on the application or referral form.
  • If you are a current traveler with us, make sure we have your correct contact information in our records so we can reward you for your referrals. If you are not a current traveler, make sure you or your referral submits your complete contact information so we know how to reach you.
  • You will earn $500 upon each healthcare professional you refer to us completing a full 8-week assignment with NurseChoice (a full assignment requires that the referral work a minimum of 384 hours based on 48-hour workweek or 320 hours for a 40-hour work week and meet all contract requirements).
  • Referred travelers must start an assignment within one year of the application date associated with that referral. If your referral takes an assignment but does not complete all 8 weeks within that year, they will have up to one year to come back and make up the remaining weeks, and you can still receive your referral bonus.
  • In a case of “reciprocal referring” (two new candidates applying and referring each other), only one referral bonus will be paid, to be split between the travelers.
