Exceptional pay
When you work with NurseChoice, you'll be rewarded with top-tier wages. Depending on your specialty and the assignment location, your hourly pay rate will typically range from $35 to $40 per hour. You will also have the opportunity to earn extra money by working overtime. You will be paid weekly by NurseChoice's payroll department. On an annual basis, this can equate to more than $100,000.
Guaranteed hours
Due to the high demand for nurses at our assignment facilities, you will have the opportunity to boost your income by working 48-60 hours per week.
Referral bonuses Earn extra cash by telling your friends and co-workers about NurseChoice. Once your friend or colleague completes one 8-week assignment with us, you'll be eligible for $500.
401(k) retirement plan -- 401(k) matching returns in October
It's never too early to start planning for your retirement. You are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) as soon as you start an assignment! Starting 2009, you may contribute up to 50 percent of your salary or $16,500, whichever is lower, tax free. If you are age 50 or older, you may contribute $22,000 a year. Our 401(k) plan offers a variety of well-known stock, bond and money market funds. Travelers who join the program can also take advantage of the 401(k) match that we offer. Travel reimbursement
NurseChoice will reimburse you (typically tax-free) for your travel expenses to and from your assignments, up to $800*, including reimbursement for airfare and rental expenses.
